  • Wednesdays 9:35-10:55am – Vinyasa all Levels

ISHTA Yoga (56 E 11th st)

  • Saturdays: 12:30-1:30pm  – Beginner/ Intermediate

Columbia University Spring Semester ’11

  • Fridays 10-11am – Vinyasa (Open Level)
  • Fridays 11am-12pm  – Hatha (Beginner)
